Why Mugshotz
MUGSHOTZ is a new take on an old type of amusing folk art.
We all remember going to the carnival, circus or some whimsical roadside market in the old days and we'd notice that irresistible -
"face cut-out, stand- in...THING"
....and although it's hard wooden opening might've had splinters and scratched your cheeks, you still went for it!... and our parents would walk back to the car, open the suitcase, dig out the camera, then have all the family members stick their faces in the opening and take the photo. We all laughed, but we didn't know how the photo looked until we took the film to the film developer, waited, paid, then you might be happy with the photo...or maybe not.
Ah, simpler times....
But NOW we all have a camera right in our pockets! The advancements in cellphones with cameras has brought this fun type of entertainment back and even better than before. MUGSHOTZ is unique in that we have updated them with live action, realistic graphics painted by our professional in-house artist and the artwork isn't complete until your face makes the painting come to life.
